What is coaching?
Coaching began in the corporate world where top executives were offered a new way of looking at business and their personal lives. High achieving athletes have also looked to life coaches to help hone the mental aspect of their game. In recent years coaching has become a well known phenomenon amongst successful individuals from all walks of life.
Coaching is an ongoing partnership using the combined skills of listening, observing, encouraging, supporting, and asking thought provoking questions. Through weekly telephone or in person sessions, clients identify their priorities and begin a creative process which will inspire them to find and create their own happiness and success.
The goal of coaching is to assist in fulfilling sought after results in personal and professional lives. Coaching is effective in developing strategies, tools and techniques to achieve a desired outcome with greater ease then on ones own. Expect a fresh perspective on your challenges and opportunities.
Guiding the journey through the learning curve of change, coaches offer support, encouragement and accountability. This allows the client to expand what they believe is possible, maximizing their professional and personal peak potential.
Your coach and you will collaborate to create internal and external structures that help with success. You will learn and integrate the necessary skills, attitudes and knowledge that will shape the thoughts that become the words. The words become the action, and the action will bring the results.

About Telephone coaching:
Much of today's coaching happens over the phone. You may be new to the idea of telephone coaching and are not certain if you will like it. Clients find that within a few sessions they become quite comfortable being able to call in when and from wherever they like. They also appreciate the time and productivity saved by not having to travel.
